What’s LED?
A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor device that emits light when an electric current is passed through it. Light is produced when the particles that carry the current (known as electrons and holes) combine together within the semiconductor material.
What’s Lumen(lm)?.
Lumens are a measure of the total amount of visible light (to the human eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating the “brighter” the lamp will appear.
What’s Lux(lx)?
Illuminance (lux) is used to indicate the brightness of a surface illuminated by light, The unit is shown as lx.
What’s lm/W?.
Là đơn vị chỉ việc có thể thu được bao nhiêu quang thông trên mỗi Watt = hiệu suất của đèn.

It shows how much luminous flux (lm) can be generated with 1 watt of power.
Benefits of LED.

Long life, Easily replace.

Lower electricity bill due to lower power consumption.

Reducing Insects presence because LED does not emit UV light (suitable for outdoor use too)

Brightens as soon as you turn on the light (it doesn’t take long to brighten)

Environmentally friendly. Less power consumption, less carbon dioxide.

Under the “Minamata Convention on Mercury” terms, lamps with mercury had no longer produced.
